We handle every item manually, including picking and packing each piece into a collector’s box to ensure quality control before it leaves our secure warehouse. Your items are discreetly shipped in a grey box or envelope, straight to your doorstep. We rigorously evaluate our shippers for the best delivery experience (now also available globally).

Deliveries, dispatched from Pennsylvania, are processed the same or next day. Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days within the U.S., and 7 to 14 days to Canada. International shipments, including to the UK, Ireland, Germany, Australia, and Poland, take 7 to 14 business days. You'll receive timely shipment notifications with links to track and ensure the safe, prompt arrival of your order.

Responding to our Canadian customers' needs, HST/GST is now calculated and pre-paid at checkout for worry-free delivery, saving you both time and money. Each shipment is insured. Shipments to the UK, Ireland, Germany, Australia and Poland: your taxes are calculated and pre-paid at checkout for worry-free delivery. Your shipment is fully insured for additional security.

All subscribers in the U.S. & Canada, as well as international subscribers enjoy free delivery and all-inclusive pricing with tax & duty paid (sucha as VAT/GST, where applicable) by The Polish Heritage Mint.
